Local
GOJIBOUTIQUE delivers locally in Kuwait via its network of delivery cars.
All local orders are dispatched within a maximum of 24 hours*.
• Orders placed Sunday-Thursday before 12pm will be delivered the same day.
 
• Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered on the following business day.
 
• Orders placed on Thursday after 12am will be delivered on Saturday.
(*Business days are from Saturday-Thursday, excluding public holidays)

International
GOJIBOUTIQUE ships worldwide via Aramex, or DHL. We are able to ship to most countries - it is just a case of DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means the customer will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties (if any) which may be charged on the purchase.

GCC including Lebanon & Jordan

• Orders placed Saturday-Thursday before 5pm will ship within 24 hours of receiving the order.
 
• Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day, and will ship within 24 hours.
For GCC countries except Saudi Arabia orders will be delivered in 2 working days after dispatch.
For Saudi Arabia, Lebanon & Jordan orders will be delivered in 3 working days after dispatch.

If we are experiencing any delivery delays due to unprecedented demand, it will be noted on the website.

Currencies
The local currency of your country should be selected from the drop down menu (top left corner) before choosing your items, if your country is not available choose US dollar.
For GCC countries select your local currency, for Lebanon & Jordan please select US Dollar.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an email order confirmation within minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive an email confirmation, you may have entered an invalid email address or your internet connection may have been interrupted while making your order. Please email us at info@gojiboutique.com to confirm your email address and we will confirm if your order was received. Or login to https://www.gojiboutique.com/customer/account/login  and check your order status.
Ready to Ship
Orders will be considered ready to dispatch when:

1. Payment has been approved (not applicable for cash on delivery).
2. If you have ordered an item that is not yet in stock, your item will be shipped when it arrives (Item availability is shown on all item pages).

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated depending on the size, weight and destination of your package. You will be able to view your shipping cost on your order confirmation page before you make your purchase. This service is free in Kuwait
