About our products:
In gojiboutique.com we aim to provide our clients with diverse, unique and avant-garde designers. The designers featured in our website are known in their respective countries and we have hand picked them to be part of the gojiboutique experience. Most of our designers have very impressive profiles with a long history in fashion and collaborations with known figures in the fashion industry.

How can I create an account? Creating an account:
Simply click on “SIGN IN” and click on “New customers” then fill in the required details.

How do I make a purchase?

  1. If you know what you are looking for, use the CLOTHING, BAGS, SHOES and ACCESSORIES links.
  2. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’ button underneath each item.
  3. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ link at the top of the page. You can use the ‘REMOVE ITEM’ button to delete items from your shopping bag.
  4. Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.
  5. If you are a new customer click on “New customers”, where you’ll have to register with gojiboutique.com in order to proceed with your purchase.
  6. If you are an existing customer just enter your email & password on the “Returning customers” box in order to proceed with your purchase.
  7. On the “Review and Submit Your Order” just select the payment type (K-net  or Cash on Delivery) and click on the “Submit Order” to finalize your order.

 

Do I need to be registered to order?
Yes you do, this is to enable us to deliver the products to you.  Gojiboutique keeps all your personal information private and does not sell it to third parties.

What payment methods are available at gojiboutique?
We currently provide two methods of payment cash on delivery OR K-net  delivery for Kuwait only.

How do I know my size? And how will I know what size to choose from?

Please note that Gojiboutique will clearly specifys in the product description if a product is a tight or loose fit.

How will I receive my order?
Orders will be delivered in our signature black boxes.

Can I have special gift orders?
If you would like us to package the item as a gift we can include a bag to place the box in and include a personalized note for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries. How will I know if my order has been received by gojiboutique?
You will receive an e-mail informing you that we have received your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Local
Gojiboutique delivers locally in Kuwait via its fleet of delivery cars

We will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days*.
• Orders placed Sunday-Thursday before 11am will be delivered the same day.
 
• Orders placed after 11am will be delivered on the following business day.
 
• Orders placed on Thursday after 11am will be delivered on Saturday.
(*Business days are from Saturday-Thursday, excluding public holidays)

 

International
Gojiboutique ships worldwide via FedEx or DHL. We are able to ship to most countries - it is just a case of DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means the customer will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties (if any) which may be charged on the purchase.
We will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days*.

• Orders placed Saturday-Thursday before 5pm will ship within 24 hours pending credit verification.
 
• Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day, and will ship within 24 hours.
 
(*Business days are from Saturday-Thursday, excluding public holidays)
If we are experiencing any delivery delays due to unprecedented demand, it will be noted on the website.

With regards to the transit time, please note the close approximates for the following:
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email order confirmation within minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive an email confirmation, you may have entered an invalid email address or your internet connection may have been interrupted while making your order. Please email us at support@gojiboutique.com to confirm your email address and we will confirm if your order was received.

How do I know if you have new arrivals?

How can I track my order?
Local & International orders may be tracked via the respected shippers’ website using their Air Waybill number which will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order. Simply click on the tracking number in the email received and it will take you to your items’ shipping status.

How do I exchange or return an item?
In the event that you wish to return any or all of the items ordered, you can simply sign in to your account at www.gojiboutique.com and go manage returns and follow the instruction.
